Noon: We placed a marker around 11,200 for balance purposes. We would not be surprised to see the Dow reach 10,838 by today or by Friday the latest. It appears that stockcharts.com has re-set the voting counter, so dont forget to vote. The American Flag Hedge Fund is running at +14.81%.
