Overland alone did $23M in revenue in it's last Q as a standalone business. In Q1, Overland + Sphere + V3 did $20M.

By the way the OVRL business has been shrinking organically for years.

Look at Eric Kelly's projections for Overland/Tandberg for Q3 and Q4 2014 and compare them to where we are in Q1. Now THAT calls for a "ROFLMFAO".
