Don't forget they also borrowed another expensive $5M from Cyrus. They are burning roughly $5M a quarter and have negative working capital. IMHO you shouldn't be so sanguine about their liquidity. This company should really have zero debt instead of the $35M or so they have now. Debt is for companies that have cash flow to service it.
