TY, Yes, it is a Public Record and as such we really don't need the WaMu Books to prove this! ...

On a scale of "1, Bugs Bunny" (lol) to "5 (Authoritive)", how would I rate my source? I would rate my source a "5" because it is important to keep in mind that ownership of real estate is recorded in public records (that are available and opened to the public).
