What was FINRA’s explanation as to why this is taking so dang long? Surely, with you, your lawyer or whoever contacting FINRA all of the time, FINRA must have some kind of answer for you. How long does it take them to give you final approval back on to the pink sheets. They pulled this same thing on KMAG (supposedly per the CEO of KMAG) and eventually FINRA denied them getting off of the grey sheets. FINRA played CAT and MOUSE with KMAG for a good 8 months or MORE before letting KMAG know they were NOT approved.


Mark's response:

We have done everything we set out to do here and proved accountability therein. As you know, they have UP TO 180 days PER TURNAROUND. That said, their AVERAGE turnaround has been 3 weeks for us. Regardless, we are closer than ever with much thanks to the attorney and BMA the past few weeks. Our final step is to demonstrate to FINRA evidence of our SEC filings (which of course they could GOOGLE---but who wants to go to all that trouble).... We are confident this is the last step.
