"Turning now to the first quarter. As set forth in our earnings press release issued this morning, we reported net income of $9.1 million, or $0.06 per share. The financial result for the three months ended March 31, 2015 include a pre-tax non-cash charge of $3.4 million related to the impairment of certain oil and natural gas properties.

And a $12.3 million charge which is included in selling, general and administrative expenses and is related to our settlement with the EOC."
