Two major problems with that Bullshit FITX LONG BLOG...
1.) There is no fully completed or compliant MMJ Facility built on that property, Inspectors have been in and stated it is an empty shell, with inadequate water, sewer and power.... That fact has been established....and confirmed by Billshitters refusal to open the doors and let the cameras inside.... so thats that garbage lie shot down.
2.) Lake shore council DID NOT CHANGE ANY ZONING.... it is common knowledge on the public record, that there wer NO ZONING LAWS IN PLACE to cover an MMJ operation, then when FITX refused to respond to the councils requests for more information regarding their plans.... the town went ahead and put zoning laws in place to cover MMJ operations in their juristiction....the fact is, The company never did actually apply to do so.... all they applied for was an $800,000 agricultural storage pole barn....nothing more....if you doubt that... got ot the lakeshore website and look up their building permit....it is there..
That intire write up...is complete and utter nonsense that has bee proven wron a thousand times on here.... it is a disgrace.... and constitutes... stock fraud on the part of the writee... they should be charged, and probrbly will be.
