Nettel Holdings Receives Service Contracts Valued at $135 Million per Year from Calluniversal, GPA and Info-tel

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 24, 2003--Providential Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PRVH - News; Berlin: PR7, WKN 935160), www.phiglobal.com, today announced that Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NTTL - News) had signed contracts to provide Calluniversal, Inc. (www.calluniversal.com), GPA, Inc. (www.gpa.net), and Info-tel Communication (www.info-tel.it) with approximately $135 million worth of aggregate value-added telephony call routing services on a yearly basis.
Nettel Holdings anticipates generating several hundred millions of dollars in additional revenues from upcoming contracts with similar carriers in the near term.
Providential Holdings, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Providential Capital, has successfully assisted Nettel Holdings in its merger plan and currently owns approximately 15% in NTTL.
