Imo they already got approval. They would've announced an increase in the A/S or an R/S to continue diluting to get access to financing if they weren't approved. Instead, they are working on cleaning up their books and share structure. Also keep in mind Cadwell continues to put his money on the line for this company. All signs point to approval. I think they're just waiting to get a response from the creditors in regards to the excess shares.
