Why his statement is correct. Read the bottom of page 8 2. Going Concern from 10-Q. It is a worst case scenario, ihmo. But is in the document for legal reasons so if something happens the company is protected.

I like many people were perplexed why the pps has taken a 50% decline since the peak of January. There was no reason why the stock should not be at least .05 a share. After reading the 10-Q I know see why so many investors reacted and sold.
