I believe that the opthalmic partnership for ISA247 caught most by surprise. ISA247 is an analogue of cyclosporine which does appear to have some usage in uveitis although not completely clear to me.

ISA should be in pivotal trials for uveitis within the next year.

ISA should also be announcing the start of the pivotal ISA247 European Psoriasis trial within the next month, possible results late this year or early 07.

ISA247 is also in a Phase IIb renal trial which should hopefully conclude enrollment this year, with a 6 month followup, 3rd qtr/07 looks to be when results will be released. A 75 million milestone payment from Roche hinges on the results.

ISA has also mentioned the use of ISA247 in Lupus and RA although nothing as of yet.
