Reeltimer, I agree with most of your statement except " All the negativity on this board makes completing a deal almost impossible, since any merger partner is bound to get to this board in DD, and find spurious allegations" is laughable. This board holds no water or at the very least should not be viewed as any real source of information where another company's executive would make his or her decision on. If any "merger partner" uses this board for that purpose they should have their head examined and not be running a company. Every publicly traded company has a message board with haters and pumper even Apple.
