It's good to hear from you as well and I hope things are good on your end.
I'm afraid, however, that what you're asking is tantamount to asking me what the latest is on them Dead Sea Scrolls. I stopped following it a long time ago and can't justify enabling your laziness...knowing what became of the spongetech mgmt wouldn't do either of us any good and my latest recollection is that both of them escaped jail time, although I believe Stevie got an extended probationary period.
In a separate case involving some European broker I believe it came out that they had laundered significant amounts of SPNG shares, but I can't imagine expending any more energy looking into it than you are :o)

Don't hurt your brain over it.....I'll bet anything that the board is still active. YOU look at it. I won't.
