of course they will rs but the ratio isnt set---im out now as these rs s never are good for the lowly common owner----made some good coin from my .85-.90 buys-i was pretty sure they would stay above a buck without a rs but Seems like they didnt think so and want a big padding above a dollar ---------------tmonkey
