Peter Hsieh is the CEO of Formosa Liberty Corporation. Mr. Hsieh has extensive experience in the import and wholesale trade as well as property management. He holds a BA degree in Management from Colorado Technical University. He also is active in the nonprofit sector as a promoter of Taiwanese values and culture and is a Deacon/Elder with the Taiwanese Community Church.

Ming-Huei (Jay) Huang is the Corporate Secretary of Formosa Liberty. Mr. Huang possesses over 30 years professional experience working in engineering, quality control, marketing positions in electronic/computer industries and office administration in church related fields. He studied Science and Engineering at Tsing Hwa University, Taiwan.
