Sell into Strength... Which means sell into the seller (or appreciating).
Yes, they are both balanced out by BUYER but their motives are different.
When Trader Joe sells at $0.012... he isn't selling unlimited shares from $0.0001.
When DJ-TeleTubby sells at $0.012... he is. PARTYTIME for DJ-TUBBY !!!
