If we're associated w/ another company that has ridiculous debt and too large a share structure that's the 1st of a few issues. Hope not.


Unfortunately you're deep in the game.
Alonzo Pierce is COB of ISBG and majority shareholder per last financials. He's also the CEO of DKTS (the co. with the huge debt).
And he was a former officer of TEXX (the link you've posted)
