INCC - 1.9 BILLION SHARES today and FLOAT only 1,035,505,203
HEM* - 3 BILLION SHARES 34 cents in Feb 2014
MJN* - 5 BILLION SHARES 47 cents in Jan 2014
ERB* - 4.75 BILLION SHARES 11 cents in March 2014



all of those MJ plays have more shares that are circulating in their A/S and their floats

INCC can be bigger then all of these guys imo

I believe when INCC achieves a license, INCC will have a better share structure and also have way more REAL opportunity to EARN multi-million revenues from HAVING A GROW LICENSE

is there another OTC subpenny stock out there, that has a GROW LICENSE, with the THIN share structure???

I do not believe there is one other OTC stock that has this opportunity going for them...


looking at this, .47+ is possible with a license and a thin share structure and REVENUES from the grow harvest that can turn into multi millions of revenues
