On friday I sent an E-mail to Mr.Howard Ulman,sending Him a link to our site and asking about the amount of shares that are out,about Promotrader,and the testing of the roof tiles and this is the e-mail he sent back to me.

It is a pleasure seeing your site and it looks to me like your investors have good incite about our company. But let me clear up a few things.



The float is only about 70 million shares.



Yes all preferred issued is to insiders and will be closely held. We do not like any type of financing with a convertible feature so we continue to fund our business through our board. We have a great board who has money and cares about the company and building it.



The roof tiles go through two tests. WE passed the hardest which is the physical properties test and we have just 2 weeks to go on the assembly test which is the easier of the two.



One of our small subsidiaries is Souvenir Direct which is a promotional products trading company. Promotrader is our promotional site for our ad specialty distributors.



We too are very excited about our companies progress and continue to see growth each month. Our stock should be a long term hold and not to be traded as at any day a major announcement could hit and if your not in the game you miss the move. We have many new things going on in both generators and roof tiles and I look forward to you spreading the word.
