That is not how RSI works. An RSI reading over 70 means the stock is over bought. An RSI reading under 30 means it is oversold. If PMCB' current RSI figure is right around 70 it will probably trend lower. I believe PMCB's RSI figure is close to 50 which would be a neutral reading.
