With respect, I don't think we need to micro-manage NGCG. They made a decision to pay rent, not a big deal, IMO.

Really this Company just got started last summer/fall. Prior to that was a different business.

All comes down to - can they deliver what they have promised as NGCG? If yes, multi-dimes at least here.

If they don't deliver, then just another stinky pinky. But not looking that way so far.
