To what end, I do not know, as there will NEVER be a spin off.... both companies are insolvent..... not to mention that the FITX CEO ( current ceo that is ) has publically stated.... no relationship or ownership between FITX and CEN.... Which BTW is a privately own Canadian Company..... who the hell would want shares in a privately owned Insolvent Canadian comany that is under investigation in two countries, and has been rejected by Health Canada for a license, and Rejected by the town of Lakeshore to operate in an incomplete Rented pole barn?..... No legitimate investor, thats for sure.
