Thanks Black Beerd. KT looks somewhat unique in their market...just read an article about how they aren't your typical convenience store. I tend to view loyalty programs as working when the PRODUCT is bringing people in and not other things..that way they can charge more for the product and then offer a loyalty program to offer savings from the marked up product. Not sure I see that as a luxury that even a KT can offer, and therefore I am not seeing the benefit of a loyalty program but who knows? They clearly are a creative company.
