To me the foreign penetration is time and energy that will not reap the rewards they should be looking for. That said though I believe they are getting help and a directive to do this due to strong handed German based shareholders. They have probably set those wheels in motion but Dave just can't grow this fast enough signing up 1 store at a time. He needs mass coverage by using a distributor base that can penetrate a city, state and nation wide. There are opportunities out there to do that at a very reasonable cost ...will he cease the opportunity?.... stay tuned.
I believe now you are seeing the fatigue setting in because some shareholders aren't seeing Daves expansion plan and knowing at the YAWN pace he/they are moving on sales their losses will mount and the fear of dilution grows.
