Unless the compound is B how can it skip Phase 1?

I've been asking that question for a while and the replies have been somewhat unsatisfactory to me. Unless the molecules are so similar...still seems out of character for the FDA to skip phase 1 for an clinically untested (in humans) molecule. I also get discouraged when I see posts calling some of the other molecules in the HDP platform "Bril". Just adds to the confusion.

Not that I'm of the opinion that there's any problem with my investment here. just making observations.
