NSAV Hi all, I want to note that in the 10Q my salary dies not note the full agreement. I will not be paid from revenues till we either make revenues to sustain salaries or we raise a substantial amount of funds. My pay with defer till year end. The ten million shares was to cancel my contract for IR fees and cancel all back fees owed. That saved the company money and I expect great returns in the shares to except ten million commons for 8 months of IR contract fees.
