If all this "Dave is hard working" is a measured quality then you bet this is the OTC's. BECAUSE it's an OTC is why I say that the measurable results are my benchmarks to success and his efforts spent doing the right thing. They all start somewhere and this is a company trying to emerge the best he can with the very ltd resources he has to work with. He is on this exchange because he needed cash. His 1st step in doing the right thing is being a Q. It has some measures of credibility as all that counts is the financials. I'll save all the accolades and the praises of being hard working and smart until he proves to his shareholders he can apply those presumed attributes and make them work to create shareholder value. I'm sure Dave is but he has to prove it and we need the fins and filings to verify.

Before that he needs his own plan of execution to be measured. I believe in numbers... nice stories are just that, nice stories. I want to trust and will...but my money is in verification. People will come after he can afford the talent...he however has got to show leadership in proving he can expand and get the domestic recognition first. Easy ways to do this now can Dave lead the company... I suspect he can but OTC securities have to quantify and qualify.
