Watch the RSI.

The stock buyback is very impressive.

Any details on the recap program. If they have proved their patents and can prove true revenues based on the infringing company's revenues from the technology you have one heck of a basis to recap from. The source for recap could come from any number of possibilities outside the equity arena, heck even banks might jump in here. That would be MASSIVE.

More details are necessary IMHO to clear up some of these items.

In the meantime let the stock consolidate.
