Nah.That's called "irony." This is simply a fraud that's trying desperately to avoid admitting that fact. They don't actually sell ANYTHING - besides shares to people sucked in by lies from those paid to say such things. As the years pass with Eddie (and his shills) telling the same old lies, the fraud gets tougher and tougher to sell. Thus.. the delinquent filings.
