Short interest decreased by 85% in March. What i am un-fond of r the shaddows the last 2 times it hit .40 and got slammed right back down to .36-.37 and on volume. Begs the question: who is dumping stock and why? Would it not be better to let it run and sell into the the run up? One would make more mobey doing it that way
