Who do you think was buying, with an offshore account, when the shares were trading in the hundreds of millions, in the trips, just 10 days before the manufactured (manipulated) run to $0.054? Thanks...
Also...CEO williams is an insider. Insiders can only legally sell 1% of the OS every 3 months. They need to file a FORM 144 before selling and a FORM 4 after selling (and a Schedule 13d or 13g if owner of 5% or more of the OS).
1% of ~40 million OS is 400,000 shares...in 3 months. He had bigger fish to fry. Those shares are always for show...down here in penny land. Everyone should know this by now. Thanks...
