At least we know they still have the same illiterate hicks writing the pr's. (My apologies to any hicks) Is this "preliminary" agreement any better than the "final" agreement from last year that NEVER materialized? LOL So pathetic. Not to mention the FALSE bid support that the seller put up to try to influence buying when the PR was first released. Same old dog, same old tricks.
