The one main thing everyone should concern themselves with is whether Bayside is current on their filings with SEC...and you know what, THEY ARE! Not very many companies can say they're current. And as far as the SS is concerned, anyone, ANYONE, can look at the otcmarkets.com website to see the latest filings. So the idea of not being able to contact the TA about all this is just a bunch of bull! I say invest and be happy. GLTA.
