Re: the cutoff grades - I thought this point was really well explained by Scott Honan. For the resource estimate they just want to be able to define the resource so they define a lower 0.3% cutoff (how much do we have?). For the PEA its more of an economic issue - defining the cut off for economic break-even point between the grade of niobium and the cost to produce it. Not over-estimating the potential production of niobium as asserted by another poster.
