Sprech, that was quite the marathon battle with ssandridge over at ST.
Anyone, even if there are an over cautious bear would be able to see that:
1) he doesn't understand what it takes to will a company into existence from nothing. (Sometimes you get money that is expensive because you are unproven)
and...
2) He REALLY Wants SLTD to fail at any cost, even his reputation and or sanity.
