if sinclair is right (you do read him everyday no?) - then now is the time to load up the truck on shares. consider two that i took positions in this week. ive been in and out of both of these in the past.
notice how there is support at 2.00 and resistance at 3.50 notice the rocket launch in early 2002 notice stochastics crossing over on the weekly and plenty of room to run on the macd. not my favorite stock based on management (greenstone) and fundamentals (high cost gold) but as gold approaches 400 this one could fly - however if pretcher and his elliot wavers are right - ill get killed.
second situation is Gold reserve. bob bishop has been spreading rumors about a buyer in the KRY situation in venesuala with las cristinas. the market has bid up KRY - but the other half of hte deposit - the part GLDR owns has no legal problems and the government has stated that they want the two deposits developed together as it will have vastly better economics than two seperate mines next to one another. GLDR has 8 million ounces and KRY has 12 million ounces - any buyer will want both no?
although the technical situation is not the best (high stochastics although with rising and bullish macd) im buying this one on good fundamentals and a rumor play what do you guys think? am i out to lunch?
