SP, 10-Q is due within 45 days of quarter end... so May 15th. A 10 day extension is typical. Can be sooner, which would be a nice surprise. Takes a lot to get the 10-K together, but Marc may have worked on them together and is just waiting on some final info before releasing. Have a great weekend! -J
