Ok I will repeat myself again
These are the same people who said this back in August 2013, read the 2nd paragraph and tell me where are the "3 new franchises signed in the past 3 weeks alone" that were signed back then. And as for the 21 corporate and 58 franchised within 5 years how far have they come in the following 20 months??
