As we already have evidence that the product submitted by Mylan to the FDA is readily and demonstrably different from that by MNTA (#msg-90636221), I'm not too much worried about how they've altered the Natco product. It isn't MNTA's/ Teva's.

I don't think it will every be approved at all -- and certainly not as a fully substitutable generic.

As much as it surprises me to write it, I think MNTA played this one very well.
