West. I am no "specialist" , that's for sure. I never claimed to be. I just saw something that was pretty obvious on a particular stock. You're right, I don't know what VTO stands for, I have never seen it in any book I've read nor did a google search bring up any results. I did ask here and see that you noticed that I did. BTW, thanks for answering. Nobody did. I'm still waiting for that $520 on GOOG. :)
