Doesn't prove a thing. All you're doing is coming up with theories that correlate the few facts you see on the Web with your notion that Intel is desperate for market share.
No need to point to the stock price or the Dell design win for AMD. Nothing you have conjectured makes more sense than what I see: a typical reduction of inventory. Downbinned parts? Intentional flooding of the market? Intel "desperate" to show a few points of market share gains? Come on, Intel is more mature than that.
