Submit a bid for KMAG stock at 006. It will have no problem wildcard matching any 003-006 Ask. It's not that difficult of a concept to understand.

There is no evidence Short positions in KMAG exist. FINRA data as of 31-Mar-15 indicates 0 shares of Short Interest. It is illegal to short a non-marginable grey stock. Again, any reader is invited to call their discount broker, or any broker, and ask if it's possible to Short KMAG. GL in trying to find one who is going to accept a major FINRA fine 35 days later for a $8 commission.

There is no secret way to hide a failure to deliver for a pink much less a grey OTC stock. KMAG has never appeared on the FTD threshold list. There is no great NSS conspiracy.
