If the trial sponsor is an Australian institution, it’s not unusual to have the trial sites in Australia.

Sure, I get that. I just wonder if it's unusual to read into the fact there was no U.S. sponsor for the trial and, otherwise, whether there will be any questions on the robustness and quality of the data given the trial was run in Australia.
