I'm not sure what boggy means?

Lowe's sells an organic blueberry/hydrangea soil acidifier mix. I dug up the area around it and mixed some in. Aluminum Sulfate is the active ingredient. I only know that because I looked it up on the internet. I didn't really plan on getting them, I was just at the farm store and the price was right. Before, I couldn't even spell blue berry farmer, now I are one.
