BioNovelus, Inc. is an Arizona corporation with a portfolio of green technologies to answer problems of the 21st Century.

The terms of the Letter of Intent call for confidentiality by both parties until the transaction is completed. The Letter of Intent also requires a short due diligence period before the parties to the Letter of Intent proceed to a more formal agreement.
