So, When exactly does this infamous trial get started again? I thought it was supposed to be this week? Also, any ideas as to how long this trial will take to be heard and wrap up? And lastly, even by some miracle, even if Empire were to somehow miraculously prevail over Smartwin, wouldn't this thing still be tied up for years to come due to appeals and legal maneuvering by both sides thus never really being resolved? Somehow I just can't seem to picture the Chinese ever coming across with a dime no matter how bad they loose.
