SAM CEO Martin Roper's pay fell 20% to $1.2M because he met about 52.5% of performance goals. The company fell short of its depletion growth goal of 16%-20%, achieving just 8%-12%. The company's stock rose more than 45% in 2014, but has given up some of those gains to start this year. It closed on Tuesday at $262.99.
