MD, a cluster of people knew about JB. PG and I knew about her when I wrote the first article but we decided not to post her name because the evidence, while conclusive for us, might have been to circumstantial. PG found her the same we I did BUT het had one single name and with me she was on a list with 3 (her college Angela that also left PPHM - not her Manager Angela Buchanan - and one of the IT guys because I figured the dose switching could have been fixed at the IT level and the people on the execution floor wouldn't even have known. However Jeff Masten's investigation excluded that because labels have been ACTIVELY SWITCHED (soft glue) and you cannot do that with a computer)

So I am sure that besides us and apparently BCS Paladin there will have or should have been others that found out too.

BCS paladin's posting made it possible to more openly use the name and to disclose other findings we already had. PPHM's motion of yesterday "and left the industry altogether" for instance was found when I saw she didn't renew her Pharma Technician License and there was also the information about who helped her to a new job and the path towards Archways later. We knew from Linked-In that and when she left and that to is confirmed now in the lawsuit listings. I don't remember if Linked-In dates match the Feb 2012 leaf of absence and AUG 2012 final parting (which is actually also something that carries some more importance then most of you on here may think in relation to WHO KNEW - for later).

And you yourself MD had prove of it more then 12 months ago when you reported about a certain conference call that delivered the confirmation that she was legally represented, remember :"she has her lawyers and we have our legal!". That is where I knew she was not going to disappear in the closet some day and had to play a role in all this. That is where I first started to think Finken is going to be involved. And as you see in yesterdays documents JB now claimed that she told Finken and Finken denies.

Finally there were the attempts on here (IHUB) to make us believe that Bleecker wasn't aware of nothing that she lived with her mom and two children not even knowing CSM had a problem with PPHM. It was because of the above that we KNEW that that was a lie because we already knew she represented with a lawyer (unless of course she claims she didn't know she had a lawyer either :).

I love it when MOMENTUM COUNTER ARGUMENTS against the above story at the time fall apart and official declaration and documents start to confirm little by little.

But the best parts are still to come.
