Sad Sack was nothing important. Just a comic strip that ran in the newspaper, about a bad luck Army Sergeant. What could go wrong, did. Similar to Gomer Pyle, and Murphy's Law.

DEJ can be flipped, keep in mind it's a high risk/high reward type of play. I wouldn't put a lot into it, it could be good for a quick flip, without spending a lot of capital.
