The 2013 annual report shows 2092 pref A's outstanding.
The latest report shows 1975, a difference of 117, which is also the change shown on the last page of the latest report, so the 117 A's were converted into the 939 million commons. Any bets as to when that conversion happened? Perhaps in March for the P&D?
In comparing who has what, it looks like Scott Martin is probably the one who converted. It looks like Donnell got Bill's shares.
